Early Bird Registration
Early Bird registration closes on Friday 7th July, 2017. You must register before this date to receive the discounted early bird registration fees. All early bird registrations must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
Standard registration will close on Friday, 1st September, 2017.
Day Delegate Registration
Day delegate registration covers attendance by a delegate for one day only. If you woudl like to attend for more than one day, a full conference registration must be purchased.
Social Event Tickets
Social event tickets are included in some Early Bird and Standard Full Registration fees but are not included in Day Delegate fees. Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying persons or day delegates through the online registration process.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by Tuesday, 1st August, 2017 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$120 Administration Fee.
Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organisers at least five (5) days prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference and any unpaid registration fees will still be payable.
In the case of a medical emergency which has caused a registered delegate to not attend the Conference, the Conference Organiser must be provided with a medical certificate or appropriate documentation before any refund will be considered. Where the Conference Organisers are advised of the situation after the Conference, and a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the delegate must still pay the administration fee, along with any catering charges incurred for all catering events at which they were scheduled to attend.
Accommodation cancellations received within 60 days of the arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the cancelled accommodation. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the 100% of the total accommodation fee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any unpaid accommodation fees will still be payable.
E-Comnerce Payment Gateway
We use the MIE Software Payment Gateway for our online credit card transactions. MIE Software processes online credit card transactions for hundreds of merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the MIE Software gateway are secured payments. Payments are fully automated with an immediate confirming receipt of the payment. All payments are transacted in $AUD.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by GEMS Event Management Australia or any outside party.
Once your conference registration has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation from MIE Software confirming successful completion of your registration within a few minutes of registering. Your Conference Registration Confirmation and Tax Invoice will be sent to you via email and no later than 5 working days.
